Several back to back Winter storms have
the Bighorns staying close by and grazing.
Notice she has a broken horn that has been growing back.
The horns on the Rams can be massive and heavy.
The Rams stand as tall as six feet when full grown.
The temperature was hovering around 15 degrees so I
didn't stay out long to take this set of photos.

This Ewe is wearing a collar that was attached
years ago by the Wildlife folks when they
were first monitoring this herd for pneumonia.
Such a handsome Ram...
