I'll Be Gone Until
Don't know when, fell off a step ladder onto a hard wood floor, fractured my femur into a few pieces, crawled to a phone downstairs, 10 steps, couldn't have carpet, extensive surgery, now rehab and I was worried about fires.
I am so sorry about your fall, I wish I was closer to help you out. You take care and I will pray for a complete a quick recovery. Thanks for sharing too, Carrie
Oh wow Nancy! Ouch!! Quite a few years back I was painting the outside of our house & the ladder just decided it wanted to lay down on the grass (I can make lite of it now) But, holey-moley it felt on fire where my legs/knees landed on the metal paint can & metal ladder. I still feel it like it happened yesterday. So, blessings going your way, may your body/bones heal proper, you are in my prayers. Jackie in NC
Oh! Nancy, I'm so sorry about your accident, that is one of the perils of living alone that worries me. It must have been some ordeal to get help. Please look after yourself and keep in touch if possible. I'm always ready to chat by email. Sending you hugs and smiles, Angela.x
So sorry to hear about your accident. Oh the perils of living alone. I worry about things like this. Glad you were able to get to the phone. Heal well.
How awful for you, so sorry to read this. I wish you a good and hopefully speedy recovery, will miss your updates, will be looking out for them. Take care of yourself!
Thinking of you. Know you are a strong woman, but even strong women sometimes need help. I pray you will soon be back to good health. Many blessings to you.
I was just wondering where you have been. So sorry to hear of your accident and all that you have been through and will go through to recovery. Hoping you are on the mend soon.
You made me laugh with your statement;) We were all thinking that you might have had to leave with the fires but life always seems to throw us curve balls. I hope you can heal quickly, I know you love being home.
Good thoughts and prayers go out to you! May you begin to heal and recover. Think of the hours you can do hand stitching while you work to become mobile again.
My husband and I love Montana. You bring it to life with your wildlife pictures and wonderful quilts. I look forward to your blog - your beautiful heart shows through. Please follow the rules to recovery and mind the nurses! I hope your convalescence is rapid with great results.
Oh Nancy poor poor you - so sorry you've had such a dreadful accident - sending you lots of positive healing thoughts from the other side of the pond (((Hugs)))
Get Well, Nancy.
