I'll Be Gone Until

Don't know when, fell off a step ladder onto a hard wood floor, fractured my femur into a few pieces, crawled to a phone downstairs, 10 steps, couldn't have carpet, extensive surgery, now rehab and I was worried about fires.

  3. Oh wow Nancy! Ouch!! Quite a few years back I was painting the outside of our house & the ladder just decided it wanted to lay down on the grass (I can make lite of it now) But, holey-moley it felt on fire where my legs/knees landed on the metal paint can & metal ladder. I still feel it like it happened yesterday. So, blessings going your way, may your body/bones heal proper, you are in my prayers. Jackie in NC
