The Beginning of the Zipper Purse & Yes, a Deer
I had seen some pictures of a designer in Country Living, Sandy Stone, who uses found objects to make stuff, everything from covering chairs, quilts, with zippers, ties, belts. So not having enough zippers yet and I have been collecting lots for a quilt, I've decided to make a zipper purse, I've quilted the black wool and then will stitch the zippers by hand with a decorative thread on the front and a few on the back with a pocket. Hopefully a one of a kind purse someone will like.
And then the sweet little mule baby, who looks just a little miserable in the cold.

I've never seen a zipper purse so this will be interesting! And thanks again for the nature picture. Hope it isn't as cold there as it is here in NE Iowa (+5 at 11 p.m.).
