Folklore and Montana Fires
It's beem a horrible summer, barely time to get any quilting done with work and an ill husband, and worrying about all the fires in Montana.
I finally finished the lastest block, the giraffe from Sue Spargo's Folklore and the quilt to far.
A pic of the fire closest to us taken from Livingston where I work, credit to Steve Caldwell for the photo.

The fire photo almost looks like an old-fashioned postcard photo. Hopefully the rains will come to you soon and help get that fire out.
ReplyDeleteMr Giraffe is so cute! Libby is right, the photo looks like a postcard!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute quilt that is Nancy! I always love all of your quilts. Gosh, I hope that fire gets under control soon, that is scary. I live in Southern California and we get them too, it's scary.

ReplyDeleteHope you get some rain soon and the fires go out and I hope your dh gets to feeling better...
Nancy - I love your Sue Spargo. I've seen some of the aweful photos of the fires in Greece on our news over here, hadn't realised you'd been suffering them too - it looks so scary - Stay safe!
