Sweet Grace
Pulled this quilt out by Jan Patek that I've had put away for more than a year or two, been thinging about it just about time to get back to it and finish for a summer quilt.
Nancy, this is going to be a lovely summertime quilt! I love your colours in the blocks. I'm a primitive rug hooker but many quilts, samplers and frakturs inspire me. I'll keep checking back to see how it progresses and I've added you to my own blog list so I can visit often!
I pulled the same quilt out. I've completed all the applique and just finished sewing all the blocks together. I can't find the instructions for the borders. Could you tell me what size to cut the strips for the inner and outer border. Thanks so much.
Great Applique. That's what I like about pulling out old pieces - a change of season makes a fresh start.
ReplyDeleteOh pretty, pretty! I love the pineapple blocks that best!
ReplyDeleteOh, I like it! That is sweet! Can't wait to see the rest of the blocks. Off to get some quilting done! Take care!
ReplyDeleteLovely! what an nice applique blocks. And are the log cabins a printed fabric? Looks like
