Western Tanagers

I've been lucky enough to have a flock of Western Tanagers hanging out for a week now.
Usually they pass through on their way to somewhere else.

They love the suet that I hung for the woodpeckers.

Their yellow feathers are shockingly bright and beautiful.

When I saw at least a dozen of them the other day, thought I better hang a few more suet feeders.

I'm having to practice my bird photography, haven't done that much lately.

  11. Nancy, your bird pictures are so beautiful. I wish those birds were in my neighborhood, but don't think they are in north Georgia. Is it possible to use one of them on a postcard, not for sale or anything but just for personal use?
