Another Block....

Another block from the BOM, Baskets, Berries and Leaves finished and a view of the quilt hanging over the closet doors.  You can tell how big the quilt is getting in reference to the rest of the room.  I'm going to go back and add more applique to the basket.

  1. I just love it, and love those colors, will have to do something like that in fall colors.

  2. It's going to be a beauty when completed. Will you quilt it yourself? Hand or machine?

  3. I like to have my blocks hanging up too. They are all looking wonderful.

  4. The colors in your quilt are so rich and yummy. I absolutely l-o-v-e what you create!

  5. It is going to be a big quilt! That will keep you warm in the wintertime. It looks lovely!

  6. That is beautiful !!

  7. Hi Nancy,
For some reason I've lost you on my blogroll so missed this post.
I am really enjoying the progress on this quilt and love to see each block.
It will be nice to sit under in the winter while you quilt it.
We have been having hot weather here so everything seems to slow down. Still after seven years of awful summers I'm enjoying this one.
Hope you are well and keeping cool.
Sending you English rose scented hugs,

  8. Congratulations on getting another block completed. It seems as though this is turning into a fascinating quilt. Thank you for taking such a smart photo so that there is a real sense to the size of the quilt. It is becoming quite large. These are really rich and warm colors.
