Is it April & an Angel
Lots of snow last night and today, makes for a beautiful pic, but not able to get out in it except to feed the birds.
And then a little wool appliqued angel from Imi who is from the Netherlands, a member of my sewing group.
I added a border and will make a pillow out of it. Stitching with crochet cotton in black with some sayings also.

I bet you wish spring would come, I think our snow is finally gone and it it hitting the 60's this week. I love adding sayings to small pieces. It is so nice to hang them and have something that means something to use, on them.

I have a big piece of the house fabric used for the border in your quilt. Looks good with the angel.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous photo but looks very cold, when does it start to warm up in Montana..?

What a pretty angel. Your pillow will be great.
ReplyDeleteHere in the UK we have the warmest April weather in 100 years. The beaches are full. The same time in 2008 we were covered in snow, it's a crazy world.
Lovely angel. It will make a sweet pillow. I'm sure the birds are grateful for your efforts. Still too cold for anything to grow for them.
