We need snow
Here's the beginning of another wool hat, wool fibers that have been couched with wool thread for a curvy vine look, will have sizes of hearts appliqued to the vine, already sold.
And then a few pics of my scruffy deer, don't know if you can see the yearling with hair missing from his neck, he must have run into a barbed wire fence when he was on the run. We need snow, not a lick on the ground

Look at all those babies!! You can have our snow...truly you can!
ReplyDeleteWish I could send you some of the snow from NE Iowa. Record flooding expected if there is a fast thaw. Thanks for pictures of the deer and the bear! Was he in your front yard? Where is the wool fibers from that you used for the vine? A skein of yarn? You come up with such interesting designs. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteNancy,
ReplyDeleteYour hats are wonderful!! I believe we will really be feeling the lack of snow this summer.
Now I think you deer spy you, they are graceful creatures but the wire does give them grief.
Naughty bear in your header picture, but who's gonna argue with a bear!
Seems like everyone that isn't used to snow got it all this year.
ReplyDeleteLove your header *wow*
It seems so strange that you need snow when Texas is having a banner year. Texas! I live in Florida and there was even snow in the northern areas. How strange.
