Elk and Pink Elephants
A couple of pics of a herd of Elk trying to cross the highway on my way to work, we were in the midst of a severe winter storm, there should be mountains in the background. The drive home was even worse with a total white out, driving 20 m/hr and my flashers on and still couldn't see a thing, took me 2 hours instead of 40 minutes.
And then I'm honored to have Sue Spargo put my Pink Elephants on her blog.

Oh is that an awesome picture!
ReplyDeleteThose elk are sure something we would never see in drive time traffic. Congrats on being featured on Sue's site - the quilt is a beauty!
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing this picture! The very picture of wildlife in winter.
