Another sewing spot

During the winter with football on the TV on the weekends, I do like to set myself up in the livingroom with my handsewing, everything I need to put my feet up, sew and watch football, especially fun when it's cold and snowy outside and I can sit with my quilts on my lap to keep me warm, having a running joke that every year I put my winter clothes away, and of course this year, like last year, I can't find my long underwear. I refuse to buy another set, they have to be here somewhere, this house is not that big, so I use my quilts to keep me warm.

  1. How cold can it get where you live. And have we seen the basket quilt that we see a little bit on the wall?? LOL

  2. Another football lover . . . me too. Although I mostly watch the NFL. DH and I have started to watch more Notre Dame since Charlie Weiss has started coaching them. I always have hand work ready for football time.

  3. I noticed the quilts peeking out here and there. I had hubby come take a look -- he noticed the Pink Floyd albums. We see what we love *s*

  4. Your house looks so cozy. I feel that I can curl up in a quilt at your couch :-)

  5. Oh I love your little corner of your world here! I"m so jealous of where you live! I hope someday Mark and I can do that! But my house will never look as cozy as yours! I just don't have that decorating knack.
