Collector Series and Ever Watchful

Back to the Collector Series,  I made this block once
but used it in my Circles and Stars quilt, so I searched my vintage fabric stash and found some fabrics to continue the progress on this quilt even if
it's a hit or miss on when I make the blocks.  I'm in no hurry, that's the
                                   enjoyment of sewing by hand.

Ever Watchful, have you heard of it?  A primitive applique quilt from Linda Brannock, 1995, that will have lots of angels appliqued to a fabric line that I have never heard of, "From the Prairie" by Brannock and Patek. Very vintage, you should feel the fabrics. I never had any of this fabric until now or the pattern.  I bought the kit on Ebay last week.  I think the seller was more
pleased than me, and not for the price since it wasn't very much, but that she was able to pass on her kit to a another primitive
quilter.  She was thrilled, I was thrilled.
