The Big Prim Basket with Stars, Finished

I machine quilted The Big Prim Basket, just before a heat wave hit and the upstairs becomes intolerable where I'm set up to do machine quilting.  Only one cat, Bailey, the Burmese, enjoys laying up there in that dry, hot air, don't get it, but then cats are such a mystery.
Finally, a closeup of the baby marmot, don't think he expected me to be waiting behind a rock.  About the only wildlife right now that it has gotten so hot, like much of the west, fires with increasing danger of more and high temps.

  1. Looks good. The star on the big basket makes it very prim style.

  5. Love the quilting, really nice touch for that quilt. I got the brilliant idea to hand quilt the runner, Kelley gave me, going to take me all weekend, lol. I did do some machine quilting too, a bit at a time, it will get done. That little guy is so cute.
