Looking for Family

I was going thru some of my Mother's things and found a family tree that she had started. Now that there is only myself and my two brothers left in our family, I wonder where our heritage came from. My Great Grandfather was Jose Simo from Balearic Island in Spain and he married Antonia Delgado who was born in Gaderyeta, Mexico. They had five children, Vicente married Amelia Fatine and they had three children, one being my Mother, Amelia. My Grandfather changed their name from Simo to Simon by adding an n to his last name for whatever reason, so most of my relatives that would still be alive would have the family name of Simo. I think most of them that are still alive in Texas or Mexico. I'm searching for them. These are pictures of my Father, Mother and me.

  1. My mother's family had a long history in Texas. I have found the Texas GenWeb project to be a good resource of information. It can be very addictive and time consuming . . . have fun *s*

  2. Oh loved seeing the pics! My grandmother's family changed their name when they moved from Germany to the US to be more "American". Have fun looking!
