I finished the second installment of Folklore by Sue, really like how this one came together. The thread in the middle sashing was suppose to be perle cotton, but I added yarn and used the perle cotton to couch over it. In the corner squares are these wonderful flat beads that Sue sells on her website, like buttons, but flat with a hole in the center. Better than making circles.
Oooooooo! Loving these blocks, Nancy! So gorgeous. I may have to visit Sue Spargo's site and order some of those flat beads.
