Winter Weather

The week and now the weekend has almost slipped away from me, probably the weather, so cold like much of the north, plains and even the west coast. Frigid temperatures, snow, we almost hit 40 below, so just getting to work and back has been an extreme driving experience, for me and my poor truck, a much longer driving time so I have felt wiped out by the end of the day. The pic is of the Yellowstone River as I crossed over it from an old one lane bridge on the way home. That pic was taken last week and now parts of the river have amazing ice jams.

Isn't it something how the time just slips away from us. I never get nearly done what I think I should.

Nancy, I just can't imagine that commute you have ever day in that type of weather. You must have your angels watching over you daily. Most people around here would use it as an excuse to stay home. Of course when it lasts only a day or two that's possible. What a wonderful picture of the river.
