Patty, Patty, Patty!

A follower said she had some BOM's that she would never finish and would like to send them to me.  I could use the fabric she said, since I had made one of the quilts already.  One of my favorites, Millennium Garden from Jan Patek and Alma Allen.  I have made this quilt before, but seeing Patty's work, thinking I need to make it again in her applique style.
Another BOM with all the fabric, Hospitality Sweets from Jan Patek and Sue Spargo.
And yet another BOM from Country Threads called Garden Club.

Thank you so much for your generosity, Patty!

  13. OMG!!! These three BOMs are just awesome. Sometimes things are realy strange... let me explain. I received a few days ago the new Catalog of quilts fo Yoko Saito (in fact, the quilts made by her students all year long. And one of them(which caught my eye) was Millenium Garden!!! I didn't know who had designed it. This version is in Japanese taupes and it is gorgeous!!!

  16. What a generous gift! I love the applique style, too. Is it raw edge or turned? I have been thinking about Millennium Garden lately - I gifted mine to a family member that really loved it. Glad I did that, but I still sort of miss it *s*
