Ewe No!

One of the ewes came up and noticed she had broken off her horn.
Can you see the tip, still traces of blood on the tip of the bone.
Unlike antlers, horns do not grow back so I'm hoping she can still defend herself with only one horn.  It looks as though with the tuffs of hair that were hanging off her that she was in quite a fight.

  7. Interesting and fascinating. I didn't know that about these sheep and I didn't know that females fight. I knew males did...... but not females!
