The Sheep
The sheep have been staying close by for the last few days. Very cold temps, snow and wind. They push the snow aside with their hooves to find the grass.
A view from the kitchen window.
I haven't a clue why she has two radio collars.
Sewing on my forty block prim applique quilt, what was I thinking, it will now be called the twenty block prim applique quilt.
I'm dreaming that I take a cup of tea in front of your kitchen's window :) Thanks for these photos and have a good winter day .In France, the cold arrives finally !!
Hi Nancy, It's cold here in England too but the view from my window isn't so interesting. English sheep are white and woolly but the first lambs of the year are arriving so hopefully spring will be here in a few weeks. Keep warm and cosy. Angela.x
Wow...what wonderful pictures and what a view you have! Just gorgeous....We haven't had any snow yet on the Eastern Shore of Maryland....keeping my fingers crossed we get something this year!! One little snowfall of 2 inches last year! :-(
What a lovely view! The sheep are wonderful - I can see where you could name them. It will be interesting to read what studies come out of the tracking. Love your header quilt. LoL - fewer applique blocks - sounds like a plan!! You might change your mind after 20 though.
as always i enjoy your view out your windows! im glad you are keeping busy on the these long january days. i woke to -22 today so staying in and catching up! enjoy your day with your beautiful wild life and kittys!
