Last Egg Quilt

A picture and a close up of the fabric before I age this last egg quilt.  Spent most of the day looking for rusty tin and porch posts for the deck to see if it's in my budget to cover the deck.  Rusty tin is expensive, but I don't have enough shingles left over from the roof and seems to be my only option if I want to cover the deck from the winter weather. I have a carpenter who will do the work if I can come up with the supplies.  Decision to make soon.  Very soon.

  1. Can't wait to see it once you get the stain on, will dull down that white and be just what you want. We are waiting on repairs too, things cost way too much and we really need a new roof, so hopefully we will get the money soon enough before winter sets in.
