Been a while

It's been a while, busy with work after my recuperation, hit a deer on the second day, took a little joy out of returning to work, especially since it was Jim's Jeep I wrecked. Jim is doing so, so, good days, bad days, and so it goes. Winter is here 16 below and the snow as you can see and my wildlife have returned to the house. They give me joy.

Christmas quilt in progress, Three Red Birds, hand appliqued, all wool and machine quilted, one week to finish, going to hang some little heart beads from their beaks, it's for one of my bosses, unless I sell it first. Ha.

  1. Sorry to hear about the collision with the deer. I can relate, my husband hit one several months ago & it totaled his car, we really liked that car. But it's great that you're recovering well & back to work!

  8. Mountain sheep or mountain goats? I always forget which is which. I love them, you sure got some close ups. We go to Montana and other Rocky Mt states on vacation about every other year and love the wildlife.
