Thank you

Thank you to all of you that have commented on my post about Jim or emailed me privately. We spent two days last week in Billings in the hospital to have his catheter reinserted into his spine, some how it had weaved it's way out of his spine and he wasn't receiving his medication, made for a tough week, but today we went back to Billings and everything is where it should be and he is starting to feel a little better. As Gilda Radnor once said before her death from ovarian cancer, it's always something. I'm sorry I don't remember who asked if he has tried the IVG infusions, no, our insurance wouldn't pay for it, he's had massive steriod infusions, but the infusions caused him to have serious side effects, manic depression. Much too scary to continue with that treatment. As luck would have it, we have found two wonderful doctors in Billings, a female neuologist and his surgeon who are intent on finding him an answer to this nightmare. Our biggest drawback is that we live in rural Montana and Billings is a three drive one way, so it takes a lot out of both of us, but well worth the progres he seems to be making. I dream and hope for the day I get him back.
