A Completed Top

This is the center medallion from Jan Patek's November's Song, it was suppose to be a block of the month, but I decided to finish it as a lap top. The Applique is all needleturn, now to hand quilt or machine quilt it for winter.

A Great Mail Day

The first package was The Collector Series by Brannock and Patek, the entire kit that I won on Ebay, it was a BOM from these great designers from 1998, 18 bags of each block with the vintage fabrics. And then my next installments of Sue Spargo's Folklore BOM and a surprise gift of knitted socks from Imi, a member of my yahoo group, all the way from Holland. I have them on now.

My Wildlife Friends

My wildlife friends came to visit today, the big horns brought their newest baby with them, he's just so cute. He was looking thru the screen door because one of the cats was crying and he couldn't figure out the noise I guess. And then two patterns I bought at Fiberworks when I took Jim to another appointment with a fifth neurologist. They will make nice Christmas or birthday gifts, small, quick gifts. I love all the embellishments with the folk art touch.

Primitive Folk Art

Finally finished the latest installment of Sue Spargo's Folklore. I love how this quilt is coming together, if you have never visited her site, you will be sparked by all her creativeness, so different from any other designer.
http://www.suespargo.com/ She has her next BOM listed for next year and it's stunning and also new EQ software of her past patterns and I'm lucky enough to have my versions of her quilts included.

Prim Folk Art Projects & Snow

Thought I would show you some of the creative primitive projects the ladies in my yahoo group have created for a fall swap, all so different, creative and made with that primitive flair. And then of course our first Montana snow.
