A Completed Top
This is the center medallion from Jan Patek's November's Song, it was suppose to be a block of the month, but I decided to finish it as a lap top. The Applique is all needleturn, now to hand quilt or machine quilt it for winter.
I stumbled upon your blog today and had a chance to go thru some of the archives. I love your quilting style. 2 things I envy about you: Lots and lots of Sue Spargo (yummy!) and you live in Montana. I have always dreamed about going to see the state since childhood. I am from South Louisiana, so you can imagine my attraction. My dear husband and I are having our 20 year wedding anniversary next year and are thinking about looking for a retreat there. Hope it happens! Anyway, thanks for blogging and I look forward to seeing more of your art. Happy Stitching! Vanessa
I have a hard time putting hand applique under a machine for quilting. Looks like you are having a good week. Did you order the Sue Spargo CD/book?
