Primitive Stars and Horses

When I first stitched this top, I called it the Too Pink Strippy Quilt, but now the colors have grown on me and changed the name.  The horses and stars are needle turn applique, based on a Minick & Simpson design.  Finally machine quilted it today.  Now to sew the binding on.  I have a stack of quilts waiting to be machine quilted and even more to hand quilt.

  1. I really loved how you did this piece, I can see it with black horses as contrast, too.
