ALPT Quilted, A Peek and Sidney

I finished the handquilting on the A Little Porch Time block that I turned into a lap quilt using the big stitch and black crochet cotton thread.
A peek at the start of a primitive quilt I'm stitching, using my favorite method of applique, needle turn,  hopefully a submission.  Surprise, surprise, the last quilt I submitted was accepted.
Sidney, gazing out the window, not with a curious gaze either.  She does this often lately.  Sometimes I think that she is still waiting for Jim to come home.

  1. Wish I was in charge of accepting quilts for magazines . . . you would also have a space!

  2. I really should do what you did with the quilt block. That is the only one I have made from the pattern. Probably because it is the first one in the book.

  3. I can't wait to see what your quilt looks like.
Animals do seem to know when someone is missing, beautiful shot of him on the couch.
