Folklore, winter and a deer

Here is the final installment of Sue Spargo's Folklore, just love the blue elephant. I would start this today, but my husband decided to clean my bedroom and can't find anything. Might just have to leave a do not disturb sign on my doorknob when I go to work. Winter has come to Montana, a foot of snow and 3 degree temps. Today is the last day of hunting, so I hope my beautiful little white tail buck makes it.

Finally

Life does get in the way of quilting, been a rough month on the home front and so it has been awhile since I posted. But here finally is the house border to Sue Spargo's Folklore and the top so far. I received Sue's newCD, Folk-art Dreams, what a great Cd, works like EQ, but you don't need EQ to use it, has several of her previous quilts in it, Uniontown Square, Greenbriar, Mercer Lane and Ginger Grove, plus numerous pinkeepers and other projects. I was lucky enough for her to ask me to have two of my quilts, Red Ginger Grove and Mercer Lane to be in her student gallery and received the CD free.
