Finally figured out how to get comfortable and start appliqueing again, finished this big basket block from Jan Patek's BOM Collector's Series. Was going to start another one yesterday when I received Cherie Ralston's latest book in the mail, Under the Stars, and see a quilt I must make with wool and fabric, Stark Raven Mad, so me, the name that is.
Love this. I think I will have to look up both to see what they look like!

ReplyDeleteYou have inspired me to get out my Collector Series patterns and make a start. I like this block very much. I have Cherie's book also. There are some good projects in it.
