If you have never seen Lynda Hall's work, you should check out her website,

Lots and I mean lots of primitive quilt patterns and two of her newest quilts are under Keeping Room, one a huge basket that I love and then three wool table rugs. I just love her work, plus she's such a nice person.
For more inspiration I have a prim yahoo group that loves prim and the members are all so talented, http://groups.yahoo.com/group/primitivefolkartquilting/
I just love Lynda's patterns. Earlier this year I bought the pattern "Burning the midnight oil" I have found the fabric (all Moda), but not started yet. But I will......sooooooon.
ReplyDeleteHave a nice day
Lynda's patterns are among my favorites. I hope to be able to take a class with her one day.
ReplyDeleteOh yes, I have a ton of her patterns on my list of to-do's!

I love your blog! I have been a fan of Jan Patek & Linda Brannock since my sister gave "Snowbound" about 12 years ago! I had never done needleturn applique and I "whined" to my Mom why did Rose get me this book I can't do this-- and Mom replied you have to or Rosie's feelings will be hurt. Keep up the good work I love it.
ReplyDeleteI have a blog-- but it needs work!
