The Emily Munroe Quilt

A beautiful day to hang my quilt outside to show you my progress on The Emily Munroe Quilt.  I so love those horse blocks.  I've just been basting the blocks together to make it easier to photograph and also to keep them in order.  It also gives me a preview into whether I want to resize the blocks any smaller before I sew them together, thinking I like the 10" squares for now.

A close-up of one of the blocks from this latest row.  First time Emily uses a red yarn for the couching around the vase.
